How do I get Bonus Points?
Confirm your registration
You can earn 100 points by signing up at www.gnoce.us and verifying your email on the profile page.
Buy and Save
Our membership program offers three tiers: silver (cumulative spending of $80+), gold (cumulative spending of $200+), and diamond (cumulative spending of $500+). As a silver member, you will earn 1 point for every $1 USD spent, as a gold member you will earn 2 points for every $1 USD spent, and as a diamond member you will earn 3 points for every $1 USD spent. Your points will be credited to your account once you confirm your order.
Review our products
Points can be earned by posting comments and reviews on purchased items. Pictures, size references, and published comments shared on Facebook can earn you more points.

Log into your GNOCE account
Click on "My Orders"
Go to "View Details"of the order containing the item you want to review
Then click "Write a Review"and upload a photo if you wish
Submit your reviews for verification
NOTES:
* Your review will appear on the product page after it has been verified by our staff.
* You can share your review on Facebook once it is submitted.
How to use your Bonus Points?
Every 100 points are $1. You can use the points to deduct up to 70% of the total amount of products when you place your order (only the total price of products is supported, excluding postage, insurance, and taxes).
How can I check my points balance?
Please log in to your GNOCE account and click on"GNOCE Points/My Points" in your personal account to view the balance.
Do the GNOCE points expire?
GNOCE Points are valid for one year from the date of registration. If your points expired before being used, they will be deleted from your account.
How to return GNOCE points?
  1. If an unpaid order is canceled, the points applied to the original order will be immediately returned to your points account.
  2. If you request a return, the points for the returned item will be reverted to your account along with your refund.
  3. If the cancellation order/refund occurs outside the validity period of the points, expired points will not be refunded, and the user can view the records in the point details.
